MaxBounty is a Canadian affiliate network, founded in 2004, that offers weekly payments (after the first payment) via multiple methods including Bitcoin, ACH, Wire, Payoneer, and check, along with a $1,000 performance-based bonus for new affiliates who earn a minimum $1,000 per month in their first three months.
