In March, an AM from CPAgetti hit my DMs and offered to run some Tier 1 traffic to their offers. The payout was interesting — no KPIs, baseline mindep €20. Well, I decided to test it out and sent 10% of my traffic there. Hit the cap real quick. Got feedback that the players are active, making redeps — not a lot, but it averaged out to €80 in redeps per player. They bumped up my cap. Filled it quickly again. The agreed-upon hold for the offer was 14 days. After filling 2 caps, I paused the traffic and decided to wait for the payout — $4,500. That's how I decided to test this CPA network. I was pretty confident in them at first, since it’s a big network, they're heavily active in PR/media, and haven't been caught up in any shady shit. But as they say: trust, but verify. And as it turned out — it was the right call! My gut feeling was 100% spot on. All through March and April, they’ve been stringing me along with excuses every week… saying the payout is coming any minute now. I believed them until the very end, but this message on May 7th really made my day: "Currently, the adv has to open a new legal entity, which takes about half a month. Our funds are stuck pending. As soon as we receive payment from the adv, roughly around May 15th-20th, we will immediately notify you that the funds have been credited to your balance.» Let me translate that: looks like the adv is screwing us over, but you're a pushover, so you'll keep waiting. If you're lucky, you'll get your cash at the end of the month, or maybe you won't. Something like that:) Good thing I decided to test them first instead of dumping all my traffic on them right away. Sure, it’s not a huge amount of money, I won't cry over it too much, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth.
