For publishers:

Publishers will receive weekly automated payouts on Thursdays, with a hold period of four days. The initial payout is available 14 days after the start of impressions and completion of account verification. The minimum payout threshold is $5 for e-wallet methods (e.g., PayPal, Skrill, WebMoney, ePayments), $20 (or $550 for wire transfer, often including a commission), depending on the method. Bank wire transfers require a minimum of $500 and may incur a fee for amounts under $1,000. Payoneer payouts require a minimum of $20.

For advertisers:

Advertisers using PropellerAds must make a minimum deposit of $100 regardless of payment method, as confirmed in user reports and help resources (CPA.RIP). Pricing models include CPM, CPC, SmartCPM and CPA Goal. Advertisers can bid as low as $0.001 per click or $0.01 per thousand impressions in push campaigns, though some sources note CMA starts at around $0.005 CPC and CPM at $0.01 depending on format.
